Job Summary
GP Eco Solutions India Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Administration to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage employee records while ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data through the HRMS.
Support payroll by maintaining accurate attendance and employee records.
Coordinate with vendors for office assets & maintain the records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, and administrative coordination whenever required.
Manage office administration activities and coordinate with vendors for day-to-day requirements.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
Desired Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with HRMS software will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
