1. Inter-Branch Coordination
Act as the central coordination point between the Mumbai showroom, back office, Gujarat warehouse, Guwahati showroom, and other locations to ensure smooth communication, workflow alignment, and issue resolution.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete hiring process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding of employees across all locations.
3. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files, contracts, KYC documents, attendance records, and other HR documentation for all staff.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, implement, and update company HR policies such as leave policy, attendance policy, code of conduct, and employee handbook while ensuring compliance with applicable labour regulations.
5. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Track attendance, manage leave records, and coordinate with the finance team for salary processing, reimbursements, and employee-related banking documentation.
6. Employee Performance & Development
Support performance tracking, appraisals, employee feedback, and basic training or orientation programs.
7. Coordination with Contract Staff & External Vendors
Handle communication, documentation, and coordination with freelancers, contract employees, and service vendors when required. Coordinate with banks for employee-related documentation, salary accounts, and administrative requirements.
