Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Post job vacancies on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage employee attendance and leave records
Support payroll processing and salary coordination
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Prepare HR reports and MIS data
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies
Recruitment and interviewing skills
Time management and organizational skills
Problem-solving ability
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Experience 3–5 years of experience in HR/Admin profile
