We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to manage and support various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks related to employee records, HR systems, and assist employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
Payroll Support: Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, and leaves. Remote
HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy manuals.
Recruitment Assistance: Collaborate with recruiters to post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and manage exit procedures for departing employees.
Employee Queries: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role. Remote
Familiarity with HR software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Candidate must know to speak local languages like Kannada(must),Telugu,Tamil.
Experience with payroll systems and processes.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This role is primarily office-based, with standard working hours.
