Job Summary:

Enseigner Private Limited is hiring an Office Administrator for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for courier/document collection, stock and invoice maintenance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage courier dispatch and document collection from clients/vendors

  • Oversee general office upkeep and maintenance

  • Maintain accurate stock/inventory records

  • Track inward and outward movement of materials and equipment

  • Prepare and update Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) lists

  • Assist in invoice preparation, filing, and coordination with the accounts team

  • Organize and maintain proper filing/documentation systems

 

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of courier and documentation procedures

  • Inventory and office stock management

  • Basic understanding of invoice and AMC handling

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: B.Com or BBA

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role

  • Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred
