Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience

Working Days: 2nd,4th,5th sat off, sun off, 10am-7am general shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth facility functioning, and manage vendor coordination, inventory, housekeeping, travel, and general administration. The role requires multitasking, strong coordination, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration & Facility Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, infrastructure maintenance, and overall facility management.

    Vendor Management:

  • Manage and coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, and supplies. Negotiate and maintain service-level agreements.

    Housekeeping & Cafeteria Management:

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across the office. Supervise pantry and cafeteria services.

    Travel & Transport Management:

  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, visas, and transportation for staff.

    Event Management:

  • Plan and execute corporate events, office celebrations, and meetings.

    Inventory & Asset Control:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, assets, and stationery. Implement stock control procedures.

    Cash & Expense Management:

  • Manage petty cash, process administrative expenses, and coordinate with accounts. Experience in using Tally is a must.

    General Administration:

  • Ensure administrative processes are optimized and records are maintained systematically.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or facility management

  • Proficient in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
