The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource and administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, compliance with company policies, and effective employee support.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR database (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
Coordinate new hire orientation and induction programs.
Handle payroll inputs (attendance, leave updates, overtime data).
Support in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Prepare HR-related letters — offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, and termination.
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement.
Supervise maintenance of company assets, IT equipment, and utilities.
Handle vendor management and service contracts.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
Support management with event organization and internal communication.
