Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure records are up to date
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement
Assist with data entry, documentation, and preparation of reports
Support HR and accounts teams in documentation and coordination work
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
Handle courier, dispatch, and related logistics
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Good organizational and time management skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Experience handling vendor coordination or facility management
