Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure records are up to date

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement

  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and preparation of reports

  • Support HR and accounts teams in documentation and coordination work

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space

  • Handle courier, dispatch, and related logistics

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Professional attitude and appearance


Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

  • Experience handling vendor coordination or facility management

  • Positive attitude and a team player
