Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift coordination.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
Coordinate with plant employees regarding HR policies and queries.
Support recruitment and interview coordination.
Handle basic plant administration, vendor coordination, and office management.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years experience, preferably in pharma or manufacturing industry.
Good communication and coordination skills.
