Job Description

1. Facility Management

  • Keep the plant premises clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

  • Work with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for daily coordination.

  • Monitor utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.) and solve facility-related issues as they arise.

2. Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintain inventory.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers, dispatch documents, and inward documentation.

  • Maintain visitor, vendor, and contractor records.

3. Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with external vendors for maintenance contracts, repairs, and services.

  • Track service agreements, follow up on performance, and ensure renewals happen on time.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Help keep statutory records and licenses up to date.

  • Support HR in documentation related to contract staff, including attendance tracking.

5. Employee Support

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics for staff.

  • Organise events and welfare initiatives for employees.

6. Safety & Security

  • Monitor and enforce security protocols; ensure safety norms are followed.

  • Report incidents and support investigations when needed.
