Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our team at our Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, employee coordination, and ensure smooth daily operations of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
• Support the organization in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services.
### Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Admin, HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative role.
• Familiarity with HR software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
