Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage HR operations, office administration, and basic accounts activities. The candidate should be capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Handle recruitment process
Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Administration:
Oversee daily office operations
Manage vendors, housekeeping, and office maintenance
Ensure proper inventory and office supplies management
Handle general office coordination and facility management
Accounts (Basic):
Manage invoices, billing, and expense records
Coordinate for payments and follow-ups
Assist in basic accounting and documentation
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR operations
Good communication & leadership skills
MS Excel & MS Office proficiency
Basic accounting knowledge
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
Preferred Candidate:
6+ months experience in HR & Admin role
Experience in handling team and office operations
Immediate joiner preferred
