Job Description

Desired candidate: Well-versed with Advance Excel, Experience in Travel Management and has been

a personal assistant.

Responsibilities:

 Travel Management for Sr Management.

 Vendor Management for Travel and Hotels for corporate.

 Maintaining Tie ups with new and existing Travel and Hotel vendors.

 Handling reception desk.

 Facility Management handling Housekeeping and Office boys.

 Inventory control and management of Pantry and Office stationery.

 Maintaining contracts for all administration related parties.

 Maintaining all other office administration records.

 Assisting in HR activities (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

activities).

 Assisting in organizing office events.

 Personal assistant to the Managing Director (most crucial task).

This is basically 70 % Front office / admin and 30% HR profile. We want some one professional and

who has been assisting MD or Director earlier.
