a personal assistant.
Responsibilities:
Travel Management for Sr Management.
Vendor Management for Travel and Hotels for corporate.
Maintaining Tie ups with new and existing Travel and Hotel vendors.
Handling reception desk.
Facility Management handling Housekeeping and Office boys.
Inventory control and management of Pantry and Office stationery.
Maintaining contracts for all administration related parties.
Maintaining all other office administration records.
Assisting in HR activities (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
activities).
Assisting in organizing office events.
Personal assistant to the Managing Director (most crucial task).
This is basically 70 % Front office / admin and 30% HR profile. We want some one professional and
who has been assisting MD or Director earlier.
