Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and policy acknowledgments in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the new-hire process (document collection, orientation scheduling, system setup) and manage exit procedures.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist payroll by compiling monthly attendance, leave, and overtime data. Help administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and reimbursements.
Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, leave balances, and general inquiries.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all records and company practices comply with local labor laws. Generate routine HR reports on headcount, turnover, and other metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Skills: Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS/HRMS), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain 100% confidentiality.
