The Front Desk Executive cum Recruiter will be responsible for managing front office operations while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking ability, and basic HR/recruitment knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect as appropriate
Maintain front desk decorum and ensure a positive first impression of the company
Handle courier, mail, and basic office coordination tasks
Support day-to-day office operations and coordination with internal departments
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and documentation
Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–1 years of experience in front desk, administration, or recruitment
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
