Job Summary
We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage the front office and support day-to-day administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling the reception area, attendance management, calls, visitors, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception desk and welcome visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments.
Manage daily employee attendance and leave records through HRMS.
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain office records.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and office maintenance.
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and employee coordination.
Support HR & Admin activities as required.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Reception/Admin.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an advantage.
Well-organized, presentable, and able to multitask.
