Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage the front office and support day-to-day administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling the reception area, attendance management, calls, visitors, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk and welcome visitors.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.

  • Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments.

  • Manage daily employee attendance and leave records through HRMS.

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain office records.

  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and office maintenance.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and employee coordination.

  • Support HR & Admin activities as required.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Reception/Admin.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an advantage.

  • Well-organized, presentable, and able to multitask.
