Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit delivery executives (delivery boys) through field visits, local networks, job camps, and tie-ups.

• Conduct interviews, document verification, and onboarding of candidates.

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure joining targets are met.

• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for smooth deployment.

• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets as per business requirements.

• Build strong local vendor and community networks for continuous manpower supply.
