Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to manage high-volume, on-ground recruitment for blue-collar and frontline roles. The candidate should be able to source, screen, and onboard candidates through local field activities and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local agents, and referrals

• Distribute flyers, conduct kiosk campaigns, and organize local recruitment drives

• Screen and shortlist candidates for roles such as delivery partners, warehouse staff, sales promoters, etc.

• Collect and verify candidate documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.)

• Coordinate walk-in interviews and onboarding with HR or central recruitment team

• Maintain daily/weekly reports on sourcing, interviews, and closures

• Build and maintain a local candidate database for future hiring

• Ensure smooth communication with candidates until they join

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream

• 0–3 years of experience in field recruitment (fresher with good communication can apply)

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Comfortable traveling within the city/region (field visits required)

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Forms, and Excel

• Local area knowledge and language fluency
