Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

2. Conduct face-to-face interviews, phone screens, and other assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
3. Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
4. Present job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies.
6. Manage candidate pipeline, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
7. Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
