🎯 Job Summary
The HR Supervisor – Field Recruiter will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple field locations, ensuring timely onboarding, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with client expectations. This role demands hands-on leadership, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage diverse workforce challenges in real-time.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Lead field recruitment drives across assigned regions, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand job specifications and workforce needs
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, with a focus on inclusivity and legal eligibility (e.g., ESIC, PF, banking compliance)
Supervise onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, ID verification, and statutory registrations
Resolve field-level disputes professionally, escalating contractual or disciplinary issues as needed.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and audit-ready documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, client SLAs, and internal SOPs
Train and mentor junior recruiters or field executives
Liaise with government bodies or third-party agencies for workforce formalities (especially for international workers like Nepali employees)
✅ Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or PGDHRM preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in field recruitment, workforce supervision, or staffing operations. Exposure to multi-location hiring is a plus.
Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring cycles, especially for blue-collar and semi-skilled roles.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and onboarding documentation for domestic and international workers (e.g., Nepali employees).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages. Nepali or Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, HRMS platforms, and mobile-based recruitment tools.
Leadership & Discipline: Capable of mentoring junior recruiters, resolving disputes, and maintaining operational discipline in the field.
