Role Summary:
The Field Recruiter identifies, attracts, and recruits candidates for open positions. They visit job fairs, colleges, communities, client locations, and other recruitment venues to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, and local networking events.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
Explain job requirements, compensation, and company policies to applicants.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a database of potential candidates.
Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and community organizations.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
