Job Description

  • An Assistant Support Admin drives daily office efficiency by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling internal communications. They act as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, oversee facility operations, and support leadership with reporting, documentation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Support: Answer phones, screen and route emails, and act as the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams.
  • scheduling & Coordination: Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and organize both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • office Maintenance: Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate equipment servicing, and ensure the facility remains safe and functional.
  • Document & Data Management: Prepare memos, draft correspondence, process invoices, and maintain highly organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics and process expense reports.
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic database management software.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
