Field recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to source, attract, and recruit suitable candidates for various job openings. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, candidate sourcing, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, referrals, local contacts, and recruitment campaigns.

• Visit colleges, ITIs, industrial areas, and local communities to identify potential candidates.

• Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and company policies to candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and verify basic eligibility.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.

• Maintain candidate databases, attendance records, and recruitment reports.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, vendors, and local placement agencies.

• Ensure candidates join the organization as per the hiring requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel is preferred.
