We are looking for energetic and self-driven individuals to join our team as Field Recruiters / Ground Business Development Executives. The role involves acquiring and onboarding delivery partners (riders) from assigned clusters through on-ground activities, local outreach, and community engagement. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, explaining earning opportunities and incentive structures, assisting riders with documentation and onboarding, and ensuring quick activation of new riders.
The role requires close coordination with the operations team to maintain healthy rider supply and achieve city-level targets. Individuals will also be expected to build strong relationships with local communities, vendors, and existing rider networks to drive referrals and increase rider acquisition. Maintaining daily records of leads, onboardings, and activations through designated tools will be an important part of the role.
Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel. Basic smartphone proficiency is required, while prior experience in sales, recruitment, or field operations will be an added advantage. We are looking for individuals who are target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to deliver results.
Success in this role will be measured through key metrics such as daily lead generation, rider onboardings, first-order deliveries (FODs), and rider activation. The ideal candidate is energetic, street-smart, and passionate about building and managing delivery partner networks through effective on-ground engagement.
