Field recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and well-organized Feild officer to manage security operations across multiple sites in Bangalore.

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 50+ security personnel, ensuring smooth site operations, maintaining discipline, and handling end-to-end hiring for required security positions.

You will be the main in-charge of assigned sites, ensuring that security staff follow company standards, perform their duties correctly, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

As part of this role, you are required to conduct at least two site visits per week, interact directly with security staff, provide clear briefings, monitor attendance and performance, and guide employees on daily responsibilities and security protocols.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Supervise 50+ security personnel and ensure disciplined and smooth functioning across all assigned sites
✔ Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of security guards and related staff
✔ Conduct a minimum of two weekly site visits to review attendance, punctuality, performance, and duty compliance
✔ Provide clear instructions, briefings, and operational updates during site visits
✔ Act as the primary site in-charge, resolving staff issues and maintaining service quality
✔ Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and security procedures
✔ Coordinate with management, team leaders, and HR regarding manpower needs and site reports
✔ Maintain accurate records of attendance, workforce details, new joiners, and replacements
✔ Motivate security staff, maintain discipline, and ensure uninterrupted site operations
✔ Identify manpower gaps and ensure effective communication between staff and management
