🔍 JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and well-organized Field Officer to manage operations across multiple sites in Bangalore.
The Field Officer will be responsible for supervising 50+ field employees, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining discipline, and handling end-to-end hiring for required positions.
You will be the main in-charge of the site, ensuring that employees follow company standards, complete their tasks properly, and maintain professionalism.
As part of your role, you must conduct 2 site visits every week, meet employees personally, give proper briefings, check attendance & performance, and guide them on daily work expectations.
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Merged & Expanded)
✔ Oversee 50+ field employees and ensure smooth, disciplined working at all assigned sites
✔ Handle recruitment
✔ Conduct weekly 2 site visits to check employee performance, attendance, punctuality, and work completion
✔ Give clear briefings, instructions, and work updates to all employees during site visits
✔ Act as the primary in-charge for the site, addressing employee queries, solving issues, and maintaining work quality
✔ Ensure employees follow company policies, safety rules, and assigned duties
✔ Coordinate regularly with management, team leaders, and HR regarding manpower requirements and site updates
✔ Maintain records of workforce, daily updates, attendance tracking, new joiners, and replacements
✔ Motivate employees, maintain team discipline, and ensure work is running smoothly
✔ Identify manpower gaps, support employees, and maintain a strong communication channel
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Any graduate (preferred)
Freshers can apply; experience in field supervision is an added advantage
Strong communication, leadership & team-handling skills
Ability to manage a large employee base
