JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Officer to manage 50+ field employees across different sites.
The Field Officer will oversee operations, ensure proper workforce management, and act as the main contact for both employees and management.
You will also be responsible for conducting weekly site visits and giving briefings to employees to ensure smooth operations.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Manage, supervise, and support 50+ field employees
✔️ Ensure smooth daily operations at the assigned site
✔️ Handle hiring and onboarding for field-level positions
✔️ Conduct weekly 2 site visits to monitor work and employee performance
✔️ Give regular briefings and guidelines to employees during visits
✔️ Check attendance, discipline, and work quality
✔️ Resolve employee issues and escalate concerns when needed
✔️ Maintain coordination between the site and management
✔️ Prepare daily/weekly reports on workforce and site updates
✔️ Maintain a positive work environment and motivate the team
