JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Field Operations Executive to manage multiple sites in Bangalore. The role involves supervising 50+ field employees, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining discipline, and handling end-to-end hiring for field positions. You will be the main in-charge of assigned sites and conduct two site visits per week to brief employees, monitor attendance, and ensure work quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and manage 50+ field employees
Handle recruitment and onboarding of field staff
Conduct 2 weekly site visits for briefing and monitoring
Ensure discipline, attendance, and work quality
Coordinate with management and HR on manpower needs
Maintain basic workforce and site records

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Any graduate preferred
Fresher to 2 years experience
Good communication & team-handling skills
Willing to travel across Bangalore sites
