HR Recruiter
Propel HR Management Services Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions based on hiring requirements.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Post job openings across various platforms and maintain active candidate pipelines.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Conduct reference and background verification checks as required.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and resume databases.
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)
Location: Guindy, Chennai.
Industry Preference: Staffing / Recruitment / Consultancy Experience Preferred.
