About the Role The Field Representative (FR) is responsible for rider onboarding, deployment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day rider operations. The role involves coordinating with riders and internal teams to ensure seamless field execution. Key Responsibilities • Conduct end-to-end rider onboarding and document verification. • Coordinate rider deployment and activation. • Support riders throughout onboarding and field operations. • Resolve rider issues by coordinating with internal teams. • Maintain onboarding records and update operational systems. • Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance and smooth operations. • Track rider productivity and engagement. Eligibility Criteria • 1–4 years of experience in last-mile operations, rider onboarding, field operations, logistics, fleet operations, or gig workforce management. • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Diploma/Graduate preferred.
