Job Title: Field Driver Recruitment Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new drivers.

- Visit different locations to meet and enroll drivers.

- Explain the benefits of joining the platform.

- Assist drivers with registration and document collection.

- Follow up with interested drivers until onboarding is complete.

- Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi (Gujarati is an advantage).

- Must be comfortable with field work.

- Basic smartphone knowledge.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Experience in sales, marketing, or driver recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
