We are looking for an experienced field recruiter who has previously worked in a similar capacity. Your main responsibility will be to go out to different hubs and hire delivery boys. We need candidates who are not freshers, who have at least six months of field recruitment experience, and who have specifically worked in hiring for delivery or logistics roles before.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum of 6 months of field recruitment experience.
Prior experience in hiring for delivery roles or in the logistics sector is a must.
Please note: This is a purely field-based job. No office-based or fresher candidates should apply.
Candidates who have worked as Field Recruiters or Coordinators for companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart/Ekart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, XpressBees, etc. will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 in-hand per month
