Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Field Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding field companions who will provide direct companionship services to our elderly clients across Bangalore. You will play a key role in identifying the right individuals who align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source candidates through field visits, job fairs, community centers, nursing colleges, and other outreach methods.

• Build and maintain relationships with local institutions, colleges, and training centers for consistent candidate pipeline.

• Conduct interviews, assess soft skills, and evaluate compatibility with Pa’s core values.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including documentation, background verification, and onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and metrics for internal tracking and improvement.

• Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure a smooth transition of new hires into the field.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
