Job Description
JobYaan is hiring Field Recruiters to source and hire blue-collar candidates across Bengaluru. This is a field-based role where you will travel to delivery hubs, driver locations, ITIs, petrol pumps, industrial areas, and local communities to recruit candidates for delivery and driver jobs.
Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Delivery Associates, 2W Riders, 3W/4W Drivers, Warehouse Associates, Picker & Packers, and Housekeeping roles.

• Visit delivery hubs, auto stands, petrol pumps, ITIs, industrial areas, and other candidate hotspots.

• Explain job roles, salary, incentives, and joining process to candidates.

• Screen candidates and collect required documents.

• Help candidates complete the application and onboarding process.

• Follow up with candidates until they join.

• Maintain daily recruitment data in the Excel tracker.

• Build candidate networks through referrals, WhatsApp groups, ITIs, and local contacts.

Eligibility

• Experience: 1-3 years in Field Recruitment, Blue Collar Hiring, Talent Acquisition, Bulk Hiring, or Non-IT Recruitment.

• Education: 12th Pass or Above

• Gender: Male

• Age: 20-35 Years

• Must have a valid Driving License.

• Own two-wheeler preferred.

• Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.

• Good communication skills.

• Kannada or Hindi language knowledge is mandatory. Basic English is an added advantage.
