📌 Key Responsibilities

Conduct field recruitment drives across Hyderabad for various client requirements.

Source, screen & shortlist candidates through field visits, job fairs, local networks, references, and community reach-outs.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar / entry-level / field roles.

Coordinate with clients for daily hiring updates, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.

Maintain recruitment reports, daily MIS, and candidate databases.

Ensure targets are met for daily/weekly closures.

Build strong relationships with local vendors, training centers, and institutes for continuous candidate flow.

Must be Hyderabad-based and familiar with local areas.

Strong communication & convincing skills.

Willingness to travel within the city for sourcing.

Ability to handle pressure and achieve hiring targets.

Mobile phone & own commute preferred.
