Backed by marquee investors and driven by a vision to bring dignity, structure, and consistency to the sector, we are building a one-stop solution for urban households to find reliable, trained, and verified domestic help.

Responsibilities

● Visit local markets and residential areas to find Househelps.

● Explain how the app works and convince professionals to join the platform.

● Help them complete KYC, document collection, and registration on the app.

● Install the app, create profile, and give basic training on how to accept and complete jobs.

● Achieve daily / weekly targets for lead visits, sign-ups, and activations.

● Share daily reports and updates with the team leader/ manager.

● Open to travel any location.
Candidate Profile:

● Minimum graduate.

● 1+ years of experience in field sales/ collection /feet-on-street/ gig or hyperlocal onboarding Must have an Android smartphone.

● Two-wheeler and valid licence preferred.

● Comfortable travelling in local areas and talking to blue-collar workers.

● Energetic, target-oriented, and willing to work on the field full-time.
