Source experienced 3-wheeler drivers through field visits, referrals, and job platforms

Verify driver documents like license, Aadhaar, police verification, etc.

Handle driver onboarding, briefing, and shift allocation

Track attendance, performance, and route issues

Resolve complaints, late logins, or any operational problems

Maintain updated records of all drivers and their compliance documents

Coordinate with fleet/vehicle providers for smooth operations

Ensure drivers follow all safety and company guidelines
