Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Specialist's responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and implementing effective recruiting strategies. The Recruitment Specialist will also assist in training new hires and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Experience in Hiring and Recruiting

Strong Interviewing and Communication skills

Proficiency in Training new hires

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
