Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through field visits, job camps, local networks, and references
Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and campus hiring activities
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain a database of candidates and update records regularly
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Travel to different locations for bulk hiring and recruitment drives
Build strong relationships with local communities, colleges, and training institutes
Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 1 Years to 5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably field hiring / bulk hiring)
Experience in blue-collar or entry-level hiring is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
