Job Description

## **Role Overview**The Field Recruiter will be responsible for travelling across different areas in Mumbai to identify, meet, and onboard suitable delivery riders for Hoppy Mobility’s HoReCa and last-mile delivery partners. This is a field-intensive role focused on active sourcing and on-ground hiring.---## **Key Responsibilities*** Visit high-potential rider zones such as delivery hubs, public areas, job markets, and residential clusters to source candidates.* Actively pitch job opportunities and explain salary structure, per-parcel payouts, incentives, and benefits.* Collect and verify basic documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and driving licence.* Conduct basic screening to check communication skills, bike availability, smartphone usage, and GPS understanding.* Schedule onboarding, training, and trials with the operations team.* Maintain daily data of candidates contacted, shortlisted, onboarded, and sent for joining.* Build a network of leads, referral sources, and local contacts for continuous rider supply.* Represent Hoppy Mobility professionally at all times while interacting with candidates.---*Work Timings**10:00 AM – 7:00 PMAlternate Saturdays OffSundays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM *(Adjust as per your standard HR rules)*
