About the Role

As a Field Recruiter, you'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring of frontline talent including Delivery Executives, Warehouse Associates, Riders, Pickers & Packers, and other blue-collar roles for leading brands.

You'll source candidates, screen them, coordinate interviews, ensure documentation is completed, and drive candidates through to successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, field sourcing, and local networks.

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified frontline candidates for multiple hiring mandates.

• Continuously explore new sourcing channels to improve hiring volumes.

Candidate Screening & Hiring

• Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates based on client requirements.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure all required documents are collected before onboarding.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize candidate joining and reduce drop-offs.

Client Delivery

• Work closely with Team Leads to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).

• Support hiring across multiple clients and locations simultaneously.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.

• Share daily hiring updates and progress reports.

• Follow standard operating processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.

• Experience in bulk hiring, frontline hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or volume hiring is preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with a high volume of candidates every day.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
