Manage and supervise a team of delivery riders / field executives

Ensure daily attendance, shift planning, and task allocation

Monitor rider productivity and performance metrics

Handle on-ground issues such as breakdowns, delays, and rider concerns

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams

Ensure proper usage and upkeep of EV (2-wheelers)

Maintain reports related to attendance, performance, and fleet status

Drive team motivation and maintain discipline\
