Job Title: Field Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard candidates for blue-collar and entry-level roles. The recruiter will travel to various locations, conduct hiring drives, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local references, and recruitment drives.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial interviews and explain job roles, salary, and company policies.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

• Complete candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.

• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.

• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

• Maintain recruitment reports and update hiring trackers.

• Coordinate with operations and HR teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Time management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (field recruitment experience preferred).

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are an advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Logistics

• E-commerce

• Delivery Partners (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of candidates sourced

• Offer-to-joining ratio

• Weekly/monthly joining targets

• Candidate retention during the initial period

• Time-to-fill open positions

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
