Job Title: Admin Executive – Old Age Home

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations of the old age home.
Maintain resident records, staff attendance, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and visitors.
Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk responsibilities.
Monitor inventory and arrange procurement of required supplies.
Assist with billing, petty cash, and basic office accounts.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain proper records.
Support management in organizing meetings and day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of administrative experience (healthcare, NGO, or hospitality preferred).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude.
Working Hours: 10.00 Am to 7.00 Pm
Weekly Off: Sunday
