Field recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for generating candidate leads and hiring for various roles in the water purifier, home service, and sales industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, job fairs, local networking, and community outreach.

• Identify and approach potential candidates suitable for field roles like technicians, sales executives, and service staff.

• Coordinate with the internal HR/Recruitment team for shortlisting and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain daily records of leads generated, candidates contacted, and interviews scheduled.

• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets as per business needs.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally/within the assigned area.

• Prior experience in field recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

• English, Kannada & Malayalam language mandatory
