Job Title: Field Recruiter – Textile Plant (Lateral Hiring)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for textile and manufacturing plant roles (Machine Operators, Helpers, Technicians, etc.)
Conduct field sourcing through labour markets, industrial areas, references, and local networks.
Manage bulk and lateral hiring requirements within deadlines.
Organize walk-in drives and coordinate interviews at plant level.
Screen candidates based on experience and job suitability.
Manage documentation and joining coordination.
Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups.

Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment (blue-collar / manufacturing preferred).
Strong local sourcing network in Gandhinagar and nearby industrial areas.
Laptop/Desktop preferred.
Target-driven mindset.
Immediate joiner preferred.
