Job Responsibilities

1. Visit different locations and areas to source candidates for retail store vacancies.

2. Identify candidates through walk-in sourcing, local contacts, job portals and references.

3. Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.

4. Explain job roles, salary, working hours and company policies to candidates.

5. Conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.

6. Coordinate with Area Managers and Store Managers regarding vacancies.

7. Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.

8. Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate details.

9. Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

10. Travel to different store locations as per recruitment requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment or field sourcing preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Good communication skills in Kannada, English and Hindi preferred.

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview).

• Travel allowance: As per company policy.

• Weekly off: Rotational.
