Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Recruitment Executive to identify, approach, and recruit potential candidates for advisor/agent roles. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork and direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential candidates through field visits, references, and local networking
Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain business opportunities
Recruit advisors/agents as per company guidelines
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates
Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
Achieve monthly recruitment targets
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Participate in local events, seminars, and campaigns for recruitment drives
