Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

✔ Recruiting delivery riders daily for Quick Commerce clients
✔ Distributing electric 2W vehicles to riders via rental agreements
✔ Overseeing onboarding processes: paperwork, checks & orientation
✔ Partnering with EV fleet providers for vehicle allocation
✔ Preparing daily reports, MIS updates & tracking performance metrics
✔ Guaranteeing rider readiness to match client needs
✔ Resolving field-level operational challenges
✔ Achieving daily/weekly goals for recruitment and vehicle deployment

Who Are We Looking For?
✔ At least 1 year experience in rider recruitment or on-field hiring.
✔ Background in EV fleets or last-mile delivery (a plus).
✔ Fluent in Kannada,Hindi & English.
✔ Goal-driven.
