Key Responsibilities
Conduct field recruitment activities including job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in interviews
Source candidates through local networks, references, community groups, and field visits
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings
Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local organizations
Track recruitment metrics and maintain proper documentation
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions
Represent the company professionally during field events
